We are so very proud to be welcoming Wendy MacLennan and the amazing creation that is 'Train Body Brain'.  Designed specifically for teenage girls, Train Body Brain is unique in its combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and mindfulness.  It's tough to be a teen in our modern world and Wendy's special workout - featuring big tunes, powerful mantras & breath work - will help you free your mind from the anxieties & pressures of teenage life.
