Annie is a yoga teacher and founder of the massively popular wellness and lifestyle blog, Mind Body Bowl.  

Annie wants to show you how to connect to yourself in her new book ‘Mind, Body, Bowl’, released on the 9th February and exclusively available to buy (5 days early!) in our bookshop.

Based in East London, Annie believed that balance is a dynamic and individual and she tries to bring this to the mat in order to make her yoga classes accessible for everyone. Expect to stretch , sweat a little and most importantly have fun.

You can expect lean limbs, amazing posture and a very strong core.

Popular with the a – list and a myriad supermodels, it lies somewhere between forward-thinking fashionable fitness and a cave-girl sorority. The class is a mixture of high intensity and animalistic movements that completely throw you out of your comfort zone. 

Russell also shoots and documents every class. He believes that no class should ever be the same.  Thats what makes SBC so talked about, so hard to replicate and so in demand. This is unlike any other workout in the world.

His take on wellness and mindfulness is deep thinking and to the point. Expect to do things you’ve never done before.
