Rosemary Ferguson, successful model of the 90’s turned nutritionist, author, writer and Mum of 3 beautiful girls! Rosemary has been featured in campaigns for Miu Miu and Prada, walked the runway for designers from Galliano to McQueen, and has featured on the covers of Vogue and The Face.

From a homeopathic background, Rosemary has always had an interest in what food can do for you, this lead to her studying at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is now qualified in naturopathy and nutrition and runs a clinic on Harley Street in London and also works in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire areas. Her philosophy is all about making it achievable, she believes that life has to be lived and through nutrition and a bit of self care you can give your body the tools it needs to cope with the crazy lives we lead.

She is the author of ‘Juice’, published in April 2015, which features 100 juice recipes to help cope with modern day life! She also writes for Women’s Health UK, Beauty Papers, Net-a-porter’s Edit and Get The Gloss.



Rosie Millen is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist who set up her company Miss Nutritionist in 2010.

In 2014 she developed a health condition called Adrenal Fatigue and has been on a long journey of recovery ever since. Now she is 90% recovered she specialises in fatigue and helps women of all ages across the country to regain their energy just by making changes to their diet and lifestyle.

Celia is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, turned Musical Theatre Undergraduate, who after two years away from full-time education has decided to throw herself head first back into the madness this year! 

Through pursuing her dreams in life and sharing her journey on her blog and social media channels hopes to encourage others to do the same in a healthy and happy way. Although she is not a full-time fitness instructor anymore, she has just launched her online personal training programmes and coaching services, but still teaches her signature classes on Sunday morning at Core Collective in Kensington.

Lydia McCall is an Eating Psychology Coach and Certified Health Coach. Yes Lydia looks at diet and nutrition but so many people follow the right diet and the right nutrition and are not getting to where they want to go.
