Vertue Method Bodyweight Blast is an intense 45-minute workout that includes a combination of dynamic yoga, bodyweight circuits and Glute activation exercises using a resistance band. Vigorous full-body movements combined with very short rest intervals will raise heart rates, improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination and mobility, while also torching a whole lot of calories in the process.
